Our Delivery Process

Pick-Up Orders

Orders received by 5:00 pm will be ready for pick up after 12:00 noon on the following day.  (NOTE: Order pick ups are not available on Sundays or Wednesdays. Those orders will be ready for pick up the following day.)

Fresh milk is delivered on Friday morning.  Milk orders will be ready for pick up after 12:00 noon on Friday.

After your order is confirmed, you will receive a receipt with the door lock access code for easy pick up of your order. The refrigerated storage unit is located on the west side of the Urban Oasis Farm parking lot and the door will easily open with the 4-digit code provided.

Delivery Orders

Delivery charge is $9.99.
Orders to be delivered on Saturdays must be received by 5:00 pm on Thursday.

Deliveries will be made on Saturdays, between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. You are responsible for the proper handling (washing, refrigeration and/or freezing) of perishable food items. You may wish to leave a cooler outside or, if you will not be at home at the time of delivery, please make arrangements for a responsible adult to handle the perishable items until you return.

Order Information

The food products that you have purchased from Urban Oasis Hydroponic Farm are perishable and, therefore, are not returnable. If you are dissatisfied with your product(s), feel free to call us at (813) 293-3276. We will be happy to discuss appropriate adjustment(s).

You are responsible to take appropriate precautions with the perishable food items you have purchased; including, but not limited to, proper washing, refrigeration and/or freezing. Items delivered to your door should not be left unattended and should be properly processed within an appropriate time (the USDA recommends that perishable food be refrigerated within 2 hours—1 hour when the temperature is above 90 °F).
